@Lesthan15 ,I'm 158cm And no ,I wasn't on any diet. Just intermittent fasting. I did my best to cut out all processed foods and sugar, but trust me I had my melt downs and disastrous days. I've tried OMAD but it wasn't sustainable for me , then I just stuck to having an eating window of 4-6 hours. On days I don't feel like exercising I just walk atleast 6000 steps

@Blossom, I fast every day. I eat my first meal after 12 am and on most days I don't eat after 6. I eat approximately 900-1000 calories (it's enough for me , I don't feel hungry and I am still energized)but I eat more when I go to the gym. I stay away from added sugar and drinking 2 cups of water before eating anything has also been a complete game changer. Oh and I mess up from time to time, I do sometimes end up over eating or succumb to certain delicacies. I learnt to not be hard on myself and just try again tomorrow. Just focus on finding what works for you, it also has to be sustainable for the long run
