brrrr...36 ...gooooood morning...back from a morning walk...alittle over 4 miles...i could tell i was tired this morning..didnt go as far as yesterday...the truth of it all i didnt even want to get outta bed an go walkin...just wanted to stay in where it was warm...but i got up an layered up an headed out...an got my morning walk in...gonna get on the stationary bike after lunch and start getting back in that habit...with it gettin cooler...guess i will put my bike away ..its still out an chained up just havent decided if im ready to put it away for the year yet...weight is up about 5 pounds but i kno its water weight...cause my pants still fit fine...so not sure if its really water weight or lean muscle since ive been drinkin the protein shakes before my walks/ biking...i do kno when i drink the shakes i have more energy an less hungry..well...just got home an gettin ready to change clothes an head out an do a short stationary bike ride this morning...keep this body up an moving...
