Diario de loosinisfun, 06 oct. 10

back from a morning walk...good mornin...40 outside this morning..not as cold this morning, but still cool enough...to just want to roll over an get extra winks..and even started to take today off an let my feet an legs have a break, but instead i went for a 4.31 mile walk...took me longer then yesterday...i can tell i was tired an should of took the day off...just wasnt any energy to do it..i wasnt tired...but my feet an legs were...so if i go for a walk tomow might just be one trip around town instead of the 2... i have been doing...i miss riding my bike in the mornings...especially when i see other people riding theirs...but have decided just to ride it after lunch when its warm enough an i can find the time to ride...weight is comin back down...not really sure what caused the upswing...but tryin to get a handle on it before it gets any worse...well gonna get alittle rest an then...head out an do a morning stationary bike ride..need to cut some lettuce up ahead...stick to a food plan that works for me...make it ahead an spend less time in the kitchen that way...
