Hanging tough, still at 99% compliance for about 10 days and it is really becoming a habit and getting me motivated when I see the scale come down a little but everyday. I know this wont go on forever but I am working it as hard as I can while it lasts. I am eating induction level carbs and trying to drink more water. Still not journaling but I know I will need to come back to that. Basically, as long as it is Atkins friendly I am eating whatever I want but it HAS to be BY THE BOOK and if I am hungry or want something to eat I have something.

So, here's to eating when you're hungry or jonesing but make it BY THE BOOK!!!

joe- do you go by .net or total carbs? just curious? - great job on keeping it real...and keeping it focused! one day at a time, that's all any of us can ask of ourselves! Make today worth it!!! Cause you're worth it!!!

Thanks all, JS I go by NET carbs. I also found some 3g NET whole wheat tortillas the other day that are a life saver when I am jonesing for a sandwich. I usually just use one and make a wrap with it using turkey, mayo, a little cheese and lettuce if I have some. Or, I use them to make quesedillas with chicken and cheese and they are yummy!!
