Great day yesterday. I treadmilled 90 minutes in morning and then another 50 in the eve. I've been moody. But I believe it's pms, so should go away soon. I'm gonna force that smile on my face and move through today's activities with diligence. Yesterday's second workout was like an anti-depressant. Maybe I'll repeat the same today, if time allows.
