Diario de livelifefully, 24 sep. 08

I had a good workout today and a tiny taste of the triathlon. We walked/ran for 20 min, biked for 20, and swam for 30 min, plus some weights. It all felt good, although my arms are sore right now. The running and swimming are hard on my breathing, but I will keep working up my endurance. It felt good to do all that in one workout time though.
