day 478..GOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!...just wakin up..slowly...didnt throw any wood chunks last night...guess friend was tired...i kno i been sleepin really good..lol...ive been doing an afternoon weight routine before supper and im sure thats also makin me sleep better as well as the evening wood routine..was kinda nice going to bed with my eyes still open last night...but i missed the workout i was expectin to get...the little ball i found the other morning ive been using it to strengthen my hands...been squeezing it to build my hand strength up thru out the day...so many reps in each hand...and i also tired on them dang 42s again yesterday and yes they fit again...but really tight still...so still workin on that...i did pull one tomatoe plant yesterday, took the one last tomatoe off the plant and pulled the plant...time is runnin out for them to ripen...and ive been pullin them off an taken them inside to put in the windows to ripen...had to throw 4 away other day, something had eaten on em...and it wasnt me...lol...cherries are almost gone as well...growin season is almost over this year...todays routine is a morning walk, crunches, pushups...which are gettin easier and im able to do more each day...and then not sure yet...grass needs to be cut, but not sure if thats gonna happen today or tomow...depends on how fast it drys since its theres been dew on it the last several mornings...well hope everyone is gettin healthier...and gettin that exercise in ....have a great day....

3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
5. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
6. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
7. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
8. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
9. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
10. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
12. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
