Diario de loosinisfun, 26 sep. 08

GOOOOOOD FRIDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!! ...DAY 479..exercise day has been moved to later this afternoon if then..might just take the day off...didnt do a morning walk, slept thru that time...lol...yesterday was a busy day...cleaned the shop for 4-5 hours, makin room for the workbench an weights that i planned on bringin home last night, then cut grass and weedeated, then headed out to friends house after supper...did another load of wood last night ...1 1/2 loads...and with what we have split so far, only have 1/4 of the shed filled..still got 3/4 to do...so still got alot of wood to split before winter sets in..and thats ok, different kind of a workout for me...brought home a workbench and weights from friends house last nite..he wasnt using them, so i figured i might as well make good use of them...so set em up this morning after i woke up and got em ready for monday when i start a regular workout with them...no wood routine tonight, but possible tomow afternoon...have to wait and see how it plays out...i can tell my upper arms an shoulders are gettin stronger from all the weights i been movin an from tossin the chucks...well stil got several things to do again today...so hope everyone is doing great...and stickin with ther program....catch you later today...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!! I AM DOING THIS!!!! I AM FIRST!!!!!
2. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
5. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
6. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
7. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
8. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
9. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
10. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
12. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

13. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!

I love lifting weights. Since I am using weightlifting as a weight loss method and muscles need rest to rebuild, a trainer recommended doing pushing exercises (think pushing away from your body) one day and pulling exercises (think pulling towards your body) the next. This way my workout is quicker and I can lift every day as different muscle groups are used. Pushing exercises are bench presses, triceps, shoulders. Pulling exercises are back rows, back pulldowns, bicep curls.

Ahhh.. memories!! lol The house I grew up in was soley heated with a wood stove so, every summer we had to kick butt and chop up a log truck load of wood to store for the winter! I was a stacker, so I'd walk back and forth with arm loads of wood and was responsible for stacking a sturdy, well stacked, HUGE pile of wood, while my brother got to help with the splitting and then the stacking. lol With a huge garden, yard, barn, horses and a cow, we had the daily chores lined up regularly. Not to mention the manicured flower beds along the yard... we HATED the weeding!! lol Needless to say, we were both very physically fit through High School, especially and I had some decent bicep's, too! :) Great exercise, keep on rockin' it up!

i just pulled all my mators an brought em into the house an put em in a covered box to ripen...they are all close to turning, but weather is gettin cooler here in the monrings....thanks houndish for the ideas...i got out my exercise journal that i was using when i went to the gym so that i can see about where i was on doing my routines and just lifted around alittle this afternoon to see how close i was to being able to do what i use to do...im about 15 pounds lighter on weights then what i was when i did the routine at the gym, but once i start back into a regular routine, then im sure that will increase...

Hello Mr. Fun! You always do such a great job at providing variety in your work out routines. Have a blast with the work out bench and weights - okay? Okay!
