Wow, today has been tough.
Is it due to the bread and popcorn over the weekend? Those kinds of carbs make me want to eat more. I have been constantly hungry today, even after lunch which is strange as the lunch to dinner stretch is normally ok for me.
Ah well, just need to suck it up! Was a good weigh day and I don't want to mess it up, so will stick to the planned meals. I plan on exercising a bit tonight. Either table tennis on the PS3 which is quite active or maybe some boxing fitness on the Wii (not the normal Wii sports game but an actual boxing trainer that makes you throw various punch combo's). Its a good way to get into my exercising, which I think is now time to start if I want to push on towards under 100kg's.
I could start walking as well, its just so dark outside when I wake up, so probably will wait for summer to do that. I could walk at night i suppose :)
