Diario de slacker36, 25 jul. 13

So I am inspired to try the 8 hour eating window that my buddy Kingkeld follows. This means breakfast way later than i would normally. We normally eat supper by 6pm so that means breakfast at only 10am.

I usually wake up hungry, so its going to be tough, but so far so good. Two cups of coffee should see me through to 10 where some scrambled egg awaits me. This will push lunch out to 2pm i guess and then supper at 6pm. Seems ok to me (i think).

Busy morning at work which will definately make it easier!!

Are you decreasing calories for the window, or just playing it by ear? My nutritionist has suggested I try this every second day and halve my calories that day, so I'm interested in how it works for you.

no real plans to decrease calories, I am on about 1000 - 1200 per day depending what I eat, and it seems fine for me, although some days i struggle (mostly when work is slow and i get bored). I am playing it by ear mostly just to see how it goes.
