I can't seem to commit to more than a day at a time. I always do good the 1st wk. Then ok, the 2nd wk. By the 3rd wk I find myself not working out, eating whenever-whatever. So I am going to start fresh tommorrow. I have this stupid mental block that tells me. Why be good today? You did AWFUL yesterday, and all week. Then the next thing I know I'm up 10lbs above what I started at. I have a mini goal that will help me to focus. Going to Vegas in 2 wks. My mini goal is to be at 210 before I go. That means I will need to lose 6-7 lbs. I just need to do this 2 wks at a time. REGROUP BEFORE I HIT THAT 3RD WK SLUMP!!! I always flunk out, this time I WILL SUCCEED!!!!!!!!!!!
