Kale has a lot of nutrients that we need. A powerhouse of sorts. I try to incorporate it when I can. I have a vitamix and make green smoothies for breakfast. A good juicer will juice it too. If you use too much in the vitamix your drink will be too thick though. It can be bitter so you will want to put a fruit with it and some liquid. There are tons of recipes on the internet.
