Today I weighed myself and I have lost another couple of pounds... my knee is feeling better... I did go a for a little walk yesterday... I can not just sit around.... Today i will go for a walk to the store, not far... I do not want to overdo my knee...The fat from my stomach is disappearing, the weight I am losing is from that area mostly... The diet I have made for myself may not work for others... but I have "O" type blood and if you also have this blood type this diet may work for you also...
