Sticking with this one for another week. I am trying to get past 6 on my pullups with the extra 35 lb weighted vest. (I don't think it will happen, but will be curious to see how my pullups go next week without the vest)

15 med ball toe touches (v-ups)
10 kb high pulls
15 kb dead lifts
30 swiss ball circle planks
30 seconds swiss ball glute bridge
10 kb pistol squats
2x30 seconds kb suitcase walk
15 med ball slams
1x10 Superset: dips+inverted rows
50 jumping jacks
10 kb figure 8's
