Diario de rumali, 05 oct. 08

I'm in the green:)...it's almost like I'm in denial...I'm afraid to accept I have actually lost any weight or toned up.
Does that sound weird or what? It's like tomorrow I'll look and all progress will be lost...nutty.
Looks like I need to work on accepting I'm doing a good thing, and allow.
So, I didn't realize our progress bars were color coded until I got to yellow...cool...so observant:)
I think my recent weight loss was just cuz of end o cycle - but I'll log it anyway.
I have noticed my caloric intake (& exercise) is low since I had to take allergy meds for a couple days - I stopped taking them, but haven't returned to pre-sick meal sizes yet...I don't feel hungry, so I'm not too concerned.
I eat when my body says 'FEED ME!'

Feels unreal-congratulations. I had an evening of indulgence - my new roomie had a can of cheez whiz in the pantry, an old favorite comfort of mine. Oh well, I didn't have a bunch, and I'm glad it feels gross. Good-bye Self Sabotage:)!!!
