Diario de rumali, 06 oct. 08

My new roomie has moved in ~ we've been friends for many years. We used to drink wine every night together, and it's hard to say no while watching her chill in the evening enjoying her Chardonnay. I just need to remember that I was in a cycle that left me feeling sluggish, 'winey' & depressed much of the time. I need to stop romanticizing the drink:)
This week I slipped out of my healthy happy routine, and drank a bit more than I'd like - someone tell me to 'Stop It!'(anyone see the old SNL skit w/ Bob Newhart...lol).

Thanks for the words of encouragement, Pking:) Today I 'celebrated' my progress by indulging in cheez whiz & chips-ewww. It's actually a relief to feel icky after eating what once was comfort food...the bright side. Queen of sabotage no more:) btw, congrats on all your races & FS progress - very inspiring, thx!
