Diario de livelifefully, 06 oct. 08

Had a good workout today. I got to the gym a little later than I wanted but still got in 20 min. weights and 30 min. on the ellipitcal. I went on another short mostly walk, little run tonight.

I had not been eating too great of dinner the last few nights which accounts for my weight to be hanging out at 143 today. I will see if my efforts today will make it go back down for tomorrow's weigh in. For dinner tonight, however, it was back to healthy eating and was very good. I made grilled/ sauteed (my grill wouldn't stay lit b/c of the wind)chicken and roasted asparagus and roasted red potatoes. I also experimented with a fruit salsa for over the chicken which turned out beautiful and tasty! Here are the ingredients. Chop up together all fresh ingredients:
-Mango
-Pinapple (just from the can)
-Red onion
-Roma tomato
-Cilantro
-Sea salt
Just call me Evelyn! =) My brother in law who has been visiting said they do a fresh fruit salsa wrapped up with white fish and bake it together. That sounds good too and I think I will try it.

Wow great job on the workouts! your salsa recipe sounds delicious. No worries about your weight, it's at a steady rate. Hey, at least it's not going up.
