VERY IMPORTANT! Dr. Atkins says you should eat within 1-2 hours after waking, and not go more than 6 hours without eating. It would really help you to lose weight if you could eat more regularly. The reason is because your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to any fat you have stored if it doesn't know when your next meal will be. Many people even find it helps to eat something small every 3 hours to rev up their metabolism. Try preparing meals and snacks ahead on the weekend. Bag up cheese, celery and nuts in snack bags. Make some HB eggs. Get some plastic individual-serving containers and pre-make your salads (tuna, egg and lettuce) for the week. At the very least eat a low-carb protein shake. You have to make YOU a priority in order to succeed. You are worth the extra time and money to take care of yourself.
