Sure, i would like to share how I achieved those results.
First off i started taking flax seed oil capsules in the mornings and multivitamins. I was doing intermittent dieting 16/8.
Then first 10 days i was a little strict on myself, so what i was doing was first 2 days protein only ( milk, kefir, meat, fish) then next 2 days veggies and fruits. Meat and fish i only boil, grill or broil in the oven (nothing fried). In those 10 days i lost almost 10 lbs so it really motivated me and i started balancing veggies and proteins for breakfast lunch and dinner. My daily calorie intake was 1300-1500. No sugar or bread.
Was exercising 3 times per wk. First 30 min cardio, then 15 min weights. During the day i was drinking 3 liters of water and also tea and coffee. Was trying to walk as much as i could, i would go to walmart or target and start walking from first isle to the last one lol. This is how i lost so much weight. Also i was taking pictures of myself weekly, and by comparing it with previous week's pictures i was getting more motivated. Have a good day everyone and believe in yourself. At times it gets really hard but being consistent is the key. I always think in my mind that my favorite food is not going to go away anywhere, and when i get the results that i want, those foods are still going to be there for me and i will enjoy them ✌️
