A little discouraged after last nights weigh in. Scales is up and down - down this morning. And .4 is not all that bad. will work towards a 2 pound loss this week. Drink more water, and be sure to get in more exercise.

Hi,
I know you don't know me or anything but I was just reading the WW journals and I figured I'd comment. I read somewhere you aren't supposed to weigh yourself at night, it's the worst time of the day because you have fluids and whatnot from the whole day.
They say morning is the best, right after you go to the bathroom because your body is fresh to start a new day. Thought that might ease your woes with the weigh-in a little! :)
