@salt, its a journey, there are always pot holes and speed bumps, you motivated enough to have the momentum to push over them. Your balance will come back. Be patient

@nonext and Runesh:
Biggest tip is to fill 90% of your required water intake into your 3 or 4 drinking bottles first thing in the morning. Balance is coffee and tea consumption. That way you have it handy with you to sip on when you get bored and before you know it, its done.
The rest is calorie control and macro balancing.

Thanx Mike. I must admit i've been struggling with my water intake and i thought thats the problem. Especially since i started working. Thanx for the reminder how important water intake is.
