You can fluctuate your calories a bit. 900 one day, 1500 next. Don't let body become lazy/attuned.
I also doubled workout and scales dropped miraculously.
Don't overdo it though.

Looks like you are losing. Eat healthy and move around. Have fun with it. You are doing great. And yeah only pick one time for the scale and stick with that.

Just keep it moving 💪 up your water. You did great!! Your body could be adjusting. You keep doing all the right things and you will lose weight. I have been so scale obsessed with my up and down same few pounds that I decided not to stress and just stay active and eat right and upped my water and diet cold green tea. Yes, like liv said, all of it and definitely relax and have fun with it.☺️

Low calorie diets are the worst. Start resistance training and get the metabolism firing so you can eat more and achieve the same results.

I wouldn't stress about it too much but I know it can be frustrating. You're going to hit plateuas in your weight loss. I know I will lose weight steadily for weeeks and then it just stops for a week or so. I just stick to what was working and it starts to come off again. Keep it up!

try drinking ONLY WATER for a week or two while adding one more rep to your lifts

Try not to check your weight multiple times a day. I don't know your story, but I fell into that habit and it leads to eating disorders. Check once a day, twice MAX, it might be better for your mental state to not check for a few days. I too am at a stall and have been for a bit, so I feel your frustration.
You got this!

sometimes your body hands off fat weight for muscle weight. dont get caught up on the scale; but rather how you feel. eating healthy and exercising together are still better for you whether the weight comes off or not. stay positive, we are here to help. 😁

I'm curious, unless you're in some type of pro or semi pro competition paying big $$$ why would you weigh yourself more than once a day?

I go on my scale once a week only as soon as you wake up.

Maybe try measuring also. I know many people don’t see drops on the scale but they see big changes in their body measurements because their muscle and fat is changing

Weigh once a week or once a month! More than that leads to the frustration you are in. Just be consistent and patient and you will see results.

The scale will be different all day. I weigh every morning but I always looked at Monday’s as my ‘weigh in’ day. Look for the weekly or monthly changes. Some things to keep in mind. Your bmr lowers as you lose weight. So at some point you’ll need to eat less. If you are working out you could be building muscle which makes the scale go up. This is good though! Muscle uses more calories than fat so build up that muscle! How does your sodium look? 3000mg or more a day and I’ll hold on to a bunch of water. Also, if you aren’t eating enough that could be a problem as well. Your body could think it’s not going to get enough so it holds onto what you give it. I’ve read it happens more often in low calorie diets- like under 1200/day.

Just hang in there. My body does this thing where I lose 5 lbs. then stabilizes then loses another 5 lbs., etc. It's importsnt to only weigh youself once a week. If you plateau, don't worry about it, just keep eating correctly and you will move past it.

I suspect it took a long time to put on extra pounds. It will take time to lose them as well. Be patient. Persevere.
