I don't know why weekends are so hard. The rest of the week doesn't seem that hard, but when the weekend comes around all common sense seems to fly out the window and its a free for all. I seem to be on a pattern of only losing a couple of pounds every other week which is somewhat depressing, but the weekends are probably not helping that. Hope everyone has a great week.
