Diario de POWENCH, 14 oct. 08

Well back from the vacation mode. I am sure I will gain tonight. The increase in drinks alone will make a difference. It is hard to beleive that such a short time period can actually make such a difference.

I tried to make good choices and get in some exercise, so I feel good about that, but when you vacation with a group, you don't want to force your restriction on the entire group. And there was a couple of times where there really were NO good choices...just less than totally evil. But it is reality.

The good news, came home and went right back to exercising and strict diet. Not giving up...just because I lost some ground on vacation. I am only human and can only do the best I can.
