day 498...GOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...just gettin up...eyes are still partly closed...actually feel like i got my 8 hours last night, but just cant seem to get in a habit of gettin up and going like i did when it was warmer out...today is weight day again..an im ready...was ready yesterday when it was my day off...i use to feel guilty when i took time off, but once i learned that my body needed time off to heal then the guilty feeling left...now alot of times when i take that day off, i have to find something else to keep me busy cause i want to exercise on my days off...i get bored easily now adays...yesterday when i was bored i ended up going out on front porch an watchin it rain...was relaxing...so today is liftin again an then a 45 min walk...then today is go to the store day among a few other errands...just another busy day...lol...well need to get up an eat breakfast and then head out the door to the shop to do my weight routine...then a morning walk...have a great day!!!!...catch you all later...

addon...one weight session is over..an my morning walk..did 54 min or 6345 steps...after lunch another weight session, have been thinkin tht mabye i need to quit the weight sessions for a few weeks...an see if my weight starts droppin again from just doing cardio...not really what i want to do, but i feel like the weights are what is increasin my weigh ins....i can see where my arms are gettin firmer...just not sure right now and still thinkin about it....i kno i will loose muscle when i just do cardio, so right now im still thinkin about it all...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Goooooooood morning right back atcha! I thought about your goal list twice in the past couple of days -- Mr. Fun! First when I drink water in the morning. I have about three cups of java and then drink water to sort of "flush it out." Also -- I have increased the length of my rope-skipping to strengthen my heart and lungs. There was a time -- back in my early thirties -- when I could skip rope for about twenty minutes without stopping. Those days might be gone. I am afraid of shin splints. Isn't it great to FEEL GOOD! YES!

Good Morning!!! Watching the ran sounds very soothing!!! I should stop more often myself to just enjoy being outside! Thanks for the gentle little reminder! Have a wonderful weight routine, walk and day!!!

odd how we let ourselfs go, and forget how good it felt to be healthy an able to do stuff back when we was younger and in better shape...sometimes just the little accomplishments of being able to skip rope, being able to do a 30 min walk without breathin heavy, being on a treadmill for 50 min... and actually enjoying the exercise is so refreshing now...and easier to do with some practice...you all are doing greattttt!!!!!

Yes, isn't amazing how difficult it is to do things that we didn't even think twice about when we were young? It's sad when my daughter asks me why I don't run and play tag with her... besides my weight, my feet will prolly never allow me to be really active with her. Good for you for getting back to it and Rockin' it up!
