I have NO IDEA what happened here.

I followed my diet to the letter yesterday and today I am up a pound and a half!

I wonder if it has anything to do with a full moon? Perhaps.

68,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,4 kg. Aún para ir: 5,3 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.

Personally, i bounce a lot, so for me 1-2 pound deviations are normal. Lets see what today brings?
