Father's day can be a day that is so easy for many people to stress eat or eat for comfort when they think about their relationship with their father. Whether good or bad, your father will always hold a very emotional place in your life. They are given a position of leadership in our lives, and they can influence us so greatly by their actions. I'm thankful for my husband, and to keep it health related.. I'm thankful for how he leads my family in making good health decisions and encouraging us to exercise. He even does the same for his parents. I will not take that lightly, because I know how rare that is in today's world.
