I just bought and finished the setup of fitbit zip. Not hard, but I feel complicated which one I do use for the summary for my diet and health activities among fitbit or fatsecret. What I've found the fact , If you want to lose 1kg every week. I do have to reach everyday -1000 kcal !!!
