Workout #44 of 2013. Slightly modified route. 10:36 to D. 16:14 to hwy. Then deviation, taking walking path. 28:27 back to normal route. 32:38 to D. 43:36 home. 55:01 total, including warmdown walk. Ran (jogged, mostly) for for 28 minutes, which is great. Asked doctor yesterday about blisters on feet. She suggested new shoes, which I know I need.
