i’ve been back on the fitness train about two weeks... already down a few pounds... my boss is a big fitness guy and god bless him he has stopped at my desk and asked me how my fitness is going...i know he saw me going from wearing 8/10 to now wearing 14/16 and he’s just watching out for me and i appreciate that a lot. he asked me what happened to my motivation and i told him “i’m all or nothing... i’m driven when i decide to be driven”. they’re starting a fitness challenge at work and he asked me to be their “fearless leader” lol... but i like his confidence in me... sometimes i need somebody else believing in me to get me back on the track. the challenge is 6 weeks... i’m sure i can put a good dent in this 38lbs gain in that time . quarantine has been extremely mentally challenging for me. I admire all of you that managed to stay motivated throughout this....I peak in here and there to see your posts while I've been off the wagon and y’all are inspiring and superheroes to me....great job friends <3
