Diario de Squarehammer, 28 jun. 20

115.6 to 114.8 after sleeping 3 more hours!!! 115.6 was around 2 AM. Yeah, my sleeping pattern is crazy, but it works. We are a 24 hour household here, one or more of us(7 people) is always awake, It works for us. I will get sleepy at 10 PM, sleep around 4 hours, then get up and do whatever. I'll get sleepy again in a few hours, and then sleep again for 4-5 hours. I was having problems with not sleeping enough, and this worked for me.
51,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 47,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
