180 weight this morning, 210 fasting blood sugar. I skipped a church lunch today in order to stick to my diet. (Lunch was all food individually wrapped which would have been sandwiches, chips, and cookies -- I did really miss out on the socializing tho!) So today I was able to stick reasonably close to my macros. Relied heavily on eggs today. Planning on a walk this evening! I have two challenges beginning tomorrow, so want to get a head start on them. Getting that glucose below 200 is a real effort!
