Workout #45 of 2013. 10:16 to D. 16:00 to hiway. 22:16 to D. ~32:45 home, a PR until recently. And the clock was running while I got to give some extra credit hugs and kisses to family. Additional 3 minutes of running. Warmdown to 47. Nice pace on a very hot night. Daughter asked if someone sprayed me as I ran by their yard. That would have been nice, actually. Ran straight for about 26 minutes without slowing to walk, a small improvement. Suggestion: I should put together a mix of fast songs that make me want to run, to keep running after 35-40 minutes or so. Now that I can run past 10 or 12 minutes, I really want to work on taking advantage of running down the hill going out. It slows me down enough coming back.
