I know I have posted about my frustrations about my weight and my progress before. And the support and comments I receive are very nice and helpful.
If anyone can help me out or give me advice about losing weight here’s some background about me. The following reasons are also why I am frustrated.
I have PCOS which makes it very hard to lose weight but very easy to gain/keep on weight.
I’ve gone weeks eating less than 1000 calories and working out at the same time. And I saw no difference on the scale.
I’m also on the younger side and care very much about what people think of me and how I think of my self. And this whole weight loss journey has taken a toll on my mental well-being. I just wanna lose weight
Recently I have eaten less than 1200 a day and walk about 6 miles everyday and I’m gaining weight not losing it. I also have been drinking way more water than usual to see if it was my water intake that was holding me back

Have you looked into reducing your carbs? I think that is thought of as helpful with PCOS and insulin resistance. Anyways hugs I have had friends with this situation and it is not easy.

I did at one point and I didn’t feel great, physically. I’ll try it again starting Monday, hopefully. And thank you for the support/ hugs :)
