hi syedaaa hope you are doing great .. i am on a keto so i eat according to my macros .. i keep on sharing my daily i takes which are eggs in the morning in any form with cream tea . at lunch i usually take meat along with veggies and after that i either have a cream tea or dessert .. i dont usually eat dinner as i dont feel hungry much and try to do Intermittent fasting .. i also do light exerxises and have detix drink throigh out the day ... so yeah that is my routine ... ps : i cheated and regret it as i couldn't resist biryani so now i will give myself punishment and i am deciding of it lol ... 😊 what is your age ,height and weight?? which diet you are following?

i 1take half full spinach 1 cucumber 1-2 tsp lemon (optional) pink salt - himalayan salt stevia blend it all together and at the end i add vitamin c sachet lemon ... and it takes amazing for me . i have it whole day .. i take it as a sole water .... it tastes like mint Margarita.

sometimes i add orange cal c too ... instead of lemon ... but lemon one is amazing
