Diario de loosinisfun, 29 oct. 08

day 512....GOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE !!!...34 outside...wind chill down to 28...nope didnt go bck to bed, but should have...got up an headed out to do my weight routine...could only do part of it an was to tired to do the rest of it...havent been for a walk yet...i went to bed at 530pm last night slept for an hour, woke up an went back to bed..slept all nite...i think its just the cold air thats kickin my body...not use to it yet an it just zaps my energy level...i feel rested, but body is tired...so thinkin of takin today off an gettin my body rested so i can go at it again tomow..mabye just stay in an do floor exercises...let my body have a rest from the weights later this afternoon...not sure yet...i feel fine..not sick or anything..just no get up a go...my get up an go ...got up an left !!!!

LOL you are right, he didn't I wonder if the warm bed called him back for another hour or two as it does sometimes. I know if I Could I would be crawling back into bed myself.

I always blame that kind of fatigue on hormones, guess you don't have that excuse huh. Sometimes we all need that kind of rest so enjoy it but listen to your body too cause you might be coming down with sumptin.

I have actually heard guys DO go through hormonal cycles, just not NEARLY as pronounced as ours, so it could be part of it but I think Loos is right, it's probably just the change in the weather. I know I often want to hibernate when it's cold out. So far this yea rI am okay but that could have been my down mood swing the last few days too.

was gonna get on the floor while ago and do some crunches, leg lifts, but felt so week in my legs i layed on the bed an covered up and went bck to sleep for an hour or so...just got bck up, still feel week but not as bad...guess im just tired...gonna take it easy today, so i can get rested up for a workout of some kind tomow...

just got home from an afternoon walk inside...feel alot better...dont kno what was wrong with me this morning....morning sickness i guess...hahahahah
