I got my (new to me) stationary bike delivered last night and rode 40 mins today. I’m so happy about this. I had been walking around 3 1/2 - 4 hilly miles 4-5 days a week but the heat, bugs, and humidity have kept me inside all but one day last week. This gives me an option. 🚴🏻♀️
