Thanks. Sweet potato, kale, chickpea curry( spices are cinnamon, crushed coriander seeds, turmeric, curry leaf a bit of garam masala), cooked in tomato sauce and coconut cream.. I topped it with fresh coriander some nigella seeds and coconut shavings. On the side is oven grilled tofu and the drink is Kombucha. Delicious and filling. I needed the side of tofu for protein.
