gooooooood sunday mornin...wakin up to a breezy 29 outside this mornin...an problably gonna take another day off from walking...knee still feels puffy...guess the other day when i did my 10000 steps before 8am...might of been more then i should have went even though i was enjoying the walk...all part of pushing the workouts ...now im tryin to find ways of still gettin an inside workout thats as good as walking...but weight is still the same so thats a good thing...played lazy yesterday...so hopefully today i can get past that stage...been thinkin of bringing my stationary bike inside...but not sure theres enough room to do so...but if i did that...then i would think it would be easier to use it when i wanted..have to rearrange today and see wht i can manage...well...need to make the bed and do some re arranging....have a great one...
