It's almost a year since I started here. In the first 6 months, I lost about 12 kg's . . . I was really motivated, and focused. The next six months has been a struggle. I haven't had the right mindset. And even though I haven't exactly picked up a lot of weight, I've picked up two or three kilo's and then lossed them again. I'm still down to where I was 6 months ago. So I'm figuring, all I have to do now is get the right mind set. I did it last year. I can do it again. 6 months, and 12 kilo's. If I do this every year, I'm going to get somewhere at some stage.
12 kilo's. 6 months. I can.
