Today is a high carb day.. Day 3 of carb cycle.. I struggled yesterday trying to get my needed calories in. I am eating so much more food and staying full. Feels great to keep seeing a loss on the scale. Looking forward to what today may bring. This weekend will be the true challenge when i am out of town.
