So I’m 5’4” and 148lb. I’m trying to lose some weight. My daily goal is 1200 cal to eat and I’m going for total calories burned around 1900-2000 per day. I’ve been power walking around 5 miles a day. I just started like 5 days ago but I’m wondering if my calorie goal stuff is correct. A day in my diet would be like oats w blueberries, coffee with half n half. Lunch maybe turkey breast with cheese and tomatoes on sprouted bread w Apple. Dinner maybe chicken breast, potatoes and spinach and snack at night is always Greek yogurt with 1/2 c to 1 cup strawberries. I feel fine with the 1200 cal so far. Any thoughts? I’m also using a little bit dumbbells. Thx
