Took the weekend off.

Toasted cheese and biltong, toast with peanut butter and honey, and all those simple lekker thing. Bad water day, lots of bad carbs, the food party was great.

Having only lost 1.4kg for July and hanging around the 136.7 to 137kg mark, its time to give the body a small shock so i can break that little plateau.

Gonna be a great week for fat busting!!
