PLEASE HELP!!!!! I have been having mad pizza cravings! It's been three days now, but I haven't caved. Is there some tasty/more calorie friendly version of pizza I've somehow managed to never hear of? ANY SUGGESTIONS?!

I have dieted most of my life. I no longer do that because I can't stick to it. I know that weight watchers is flexible surely you can eat some type of pizza that would cure your craving and still stay under your points. Try whole wheat english muffins with pizza sauce and low fat cheese and veggies. Good Luck. If you want look at my food journal. I have lost 47lbs since May 7th and I eat pizza, pasta, ice cream, and candy! Everything in moderation! Have fun!

Hi. My husband and I make our own pizzas - we use "Flatout" brand low fat wraps (we have them at our Safeway here), we buy lean ground turkey and sautee it with chili and italian seasoning. Bake the wraps in the oven first, then add pizza sauce, cooked ground turkey, any veggies, sometimes butterball bacon-style turkey, and low fat parmesan cheese and low fat old cheddar cheese. Broil it until the cheese melts and gets golden. I can't remember exactly how many points because it's been a while since we made them, but they're very filling and not bad points-wise (depending on what you put on them). :)

Oh, also the WW frozen individual pizzas aren't too bad, either.

If you like the crispy flat kind of pizza, you could use Deli Flats (opened up gives you 2) and use like the english muffins. Less sugar, carbs, cals than most english muffins and they come in whole wheat and other versions. Put them in the toaster to crisp a little first then add sauce so it won't soak in and be soggy. Add veggies and some meat to taste with sprinkling of cheese and you'll be surprised how quickly you'll be satisfied. Let me know what you end up with!
