so I made it through yesterday on intermittent fasting til 11:35 and then kept high fat low carb moderate protein until 9:00 p.m. Then ate a handful of tortilla chips and oatnut bread with unsalted butter because my stomach was aching after eating organic baby spinach with thin sliced deli chicken breast with spinach artichoke dip for dressing. After I ate the carbs my stomach no longer ached. Still investigating what causes the ache and what remedies it. I was down .8# this morning and slept til 9:00 a.m.
