Diario de loosinisfun, 12 nov. 10

goooooooood friday mornin...wakin up to 40s this morning...got my 3x30 min rides to no where done on my stationary bike yesterday...did however take a 30 min nap yesterday afternoon...just needed it i guess...hate to take em...but sometimes you just need one after lunch to get thru the rest of the day...todays plan is to try an get 3 done again...all i can say is the last ride was just that a ride..it wasnt even close to a high intensity workout like the other 2...was just happy to be able to peddle that last 30 min workout...lol..todays weigh in..but weight is up due to that processed lunch meat sandwich that i had right before bed time last night...i kno i shouldnt have ate it..that my weight would be up cause of the salt, but i did..an thats that....its over an time to move on...water...water..water...again today...an it will just be a memory on my food menu....well...time to get up and make the bed...eat breakfast and decide if im gonna do a morning walk for a change..keep the body guessing whats in store for it...or get on my bike an ride to no where for 30 min....not really sure yet..but probably do a morning walk for a change...i really miss doing a walk...an hopefully as long as i dont do a morning walk everyday like i had been it wont bother the muscle above my knee that much....have a greatttttttt friday....

I have to tell you that I think you are really brave going out to exercise when it's in the 40's. I hate being the least bit cold. Run the heater in my office all the time. lol What ever you decide to do I hope you enjoy it. I am so happy it's Friday. Let's have a great weekend and really move our bodies.

thanks cathy...just got back from a short 2 mile walk...i have clothes for all seasons since i enjoy walking so much...lol...felt really good to get out in the morning air this morning...but its just temporary...rest of the day my workouts will be on my bike to no where...just needed to get out an walk the pavement this morning..had planned to do it yesterday morning but didnt...so back to riding the ole bike to no where...i met a doctor on my walk this morning...him an his wife walk a route that we usually cross paths somewhere along the walk...i asked him about the muscle above my knee...he told me what i already suspected...a pulled muscle..and he told me it would take 6 weeks to heal...so...now i kno that an occasionaly morning walk is ok...just not a morning walk everyday...an with winter getting closer...will be easier to use my bike to no where and mabye once a week to do a morning walk just for a change of pace...
