Hang in there! I was in exactly the same place a few weeks ago. You need to keep telling yourself that you are perfect and you are enough and you are worth it! You CAN do it! We are all here to support you. Just think about how good you're going to feel when the kilos starts dropping!

I also lost it completely... picked up about 13 kilos during lockdown but today I started eating healthy again (for about the 10th time🤦‍♀️) and hopefully I will keep going this time🤞

I started 2 weeks ago, have 16kg’s to lose. Lost 3kg so far and walking 12km’s per day. It gets easier everyday

So many people going through the same.. Let's start over guys. It's never too late. Apple cider viniger really helps me with curbing appetite and I swear by it for waist size reduction... Let's go🧎‍♀️🚶‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️

101thisisafrica.if you are a woman your weight can change by up to 4kg in a week due to hormones. Check where you are in your cycle. Keep up the good work and rather check measurements than the scale

Me to. I lost 62kg then fell of the wagon. picked up 11 and just can't get back. im stuck on all the wrong food again. Depressed and stressed eater. I'm so unhappy😭😭😭😭😭 no motivation or familie or friends tohelp me
