Work outs are going well. I am on track to my goal of gaining the muscle mass I want. I have hit 200lbs, now I have to make sure I am still doing my cardio to keep the fat levels down but still eat enough to feed the muscle so they grow. I want to add about 20 more lbs by march, then I can be a running, bike riding, swimming fool to trim the fat down to 212-215lbs lean.
