Diario de loosinisfun, 15 nov. 10

gooooood morning...40s this morning an gettin layered up to go out an do a 30 min ride to no where...took 2 days off...so time to get back in that ole healthy habit of gettin my exercise once again...will do a morning walk sometime this week...just to change my workouts up and to keep my body guessing...think im going to start raking leaves away from the house today...our house an the neighbors...hes got a wagon he pulls behind his rider that picks the leaves up so thats what we usually do every year once most of em are on the ground...and since his wife is back home from the hospital, then thats freed him up some as well..even if he doesnt pick them up today, they will be away from the houses...will be a great workout regardless...an something different ....well need to eat something an get this day started...before i sit to long and get outta the mood..lol...have a great day eveyrone...

below is a link for downloading music to listen to hi intensity music when you walk, however i use it when im riding my bike to no where..im sure you could use it for any exercise with alittle imagination...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Bundle up and have a great ride. I just finished my exercising and am going to get ready to go to work now. Not sure what it's like out there. So long as there is no rain and no snow I am happy. Thanks for posting the music download. I am going to check it out now.

hehehe...guess the temp dropped from the time i posted to now..32...but with 2 layers on...didnt really seem to bad...got my first of 3x30 rides to no where over with...actually with all the higher revs of peddling was keeping quite warm....

It is still pretty nice here with highs in the upper 50's so I am happy. Glad you kept warm and enjoyed your ride.
