I can't believe I've been able to lose this weight with so little effort. I've decided to go all the way to 168 because anything above that, BMI says is overweight. I am a size 10 now, so I think I will be a size 8!!! I feel so much better and confident. It didn't come off that fast, but it has been steady. I am eating a few more carbs now and still losing weight. I plan to make this a lifestyle. I don't even think of it as a diet.
